What Are The Hardware/Software Requirements For SOAPe Platinum?
Unlike prior versions of SOAPe, a PDA is no
longer required to run the software. SOAPe Platinum was built to
run as a standalone application on a PC, Laptop or Network.
SOAPe Platinum requires a 32-bit operating system and can be
installed to Windows XP or Vista. SOAPe Platinum is NOT compatible with PDAs or SmartPhones.
Is SOAPe Platinum Software Network Compatible?
Absolutely! SOAPe Platinum Network Version
includes a server and workstation license for one low price. Additional
workstation licenses can be purchased for only $295.00.
Does SOAPe Platinum Integrate With My Current Billing Software?
SOAPe Platinum software does not currently
integrate with any chiropractic billing software applications.
It is meant to be used as a standalone application for purposes
of chiropractic documentation. SOAPe Platinum does print all treatment codes for services rendered at the
bottom of each note, thus simplifying data entry into your
current billing software. SOAPe Platinum does not have billing
capabilities.

our clients use SOAPe Platinum in conjunction with their current
electronic medical records (EMR) software. EMR software is great for storing information,
scheduling patients, billing and collections and practice
management, but tends to be inefficient when it comes to
generating notes and reports. SOAPe Platinum has been designed and
engineered to do one thing and do it well - produce a variety of
essential chiropractic notes, reports and letters with ease,

Is My Patient Data Secure?
Absolutely. SOAPe Platinum software utilizes the
highest standard
of security including 128 bit encryption and a SSL certificate for
electronic transmission of data. We continue to upgrade the
security of our software as needed. Even faxes that are sent from
SOAPe are secure! All patient data stored on your hard drive can
be backed up automatically and sent securely to an offsite
location for storage to protect against any possible data loss due
to fire, theft, hard drive failures or viruses. Paper documents
just can't offer this type of security and peace of mind.

I Downloaded Your Free Trial In The Past And Want To Try It Again
If you previously downloaded and
installed SOAPe on your PC, and your trial expired, you must download it
to a different computer in order for the trial to run. We cannot
reactivate the trial version on a computer in which the trial has expired.
If you are downloading our new upgrade due out by March 1, 2011, you will
be able to install this to the same computer.
