Welcome to the SOAPe Platinum Priority Support Center. Clients with a paid Priority Support and Maintenance Plan have several options for help. They may use our searchable knowledgebase, submit a support request (from within the knowledgebase) or contact our support department by phone.
If you are a new user, we highly recommend viewing the video tutorials below for help getting started. It is best to begin with the first tutorial (#1) and work your way through them in succession. If you have additional questions, you may search our knowledgebase using the link at the bottom of the page, or contact our support department during normal business hours.

SOAPe Platinum Knowledgebase
Please keep in mind that only clients who have PURCHASED a Priority Support and Maintenance Plan, or who have purchased a license within the past 30 days, are able to submit support tickets from within our knowledgebase. Tickets submitted by clients who are not on a support and maintenance plan will be discarded.
All users must register prior to using the knowledgebase. If you do have a question, there's a good chance someone else has already asked the same question and a response has been posted in our knowledgebase.

We highly recommend you view our video tutorials or search our knowledgebase for an answer to your question before calling our support department. This helps to keep our costs down which in turn are passed onto our clients. Nearly 95% of the time, someone else has already asked the same question and a response has been posted.
